Get to Phi Phi in style: we use large comfortable modern safe Phuket dive boats built for your safety and comfort that serve freshly cooked food on the boat and are large enough for you to stretch your legs, sunbathe, and sleep while visiting the best Phi Phi dive sites. The diving boat we use will offer you shaded cool areas and protect you from the wind rain and extremely hot sun making your day trip relaxed..(we don’t use 1 engine diving boats as we see this as a potential safety problem)

Phi Phi Dive with Black Tip reef sharks
Phi Phi scuba diving is at its best between November – June and our 3 Dive day trip to Phi Phi Island & Shark Point are without doubt great. Phi Phi islands are considered by many visitors as some of the most stunning islands in Thailand. As divers, you will most likely be diving the Phi Phi outer islands at Phi Phi Koh Bida Nok and Koh Bida Nai
The Phi Phi Island scuba diving destinations are finalized prior to arrival at the Phi Phi local dive sites based on weather conditions boat traffic and sea conditions, often more than not it will be 2 dives at Phi Phi Islands diving at the 2 smaller Islands Koh Bida Nok & Koh Bida Nai these local smaller reefs are home to an abundance of corals and marine life.
The 3rd Dive of the day is often Shark Point but can be Anemone Reef or Koh Doc Mai and it will be the captain or boat Tour leader choosing the best location to suit the divers and the weather.

Phi Phi Scuba Diving at Koh Bida Nok
Koh Bida Nok is one of the two larger sister outcrop islands located directly south of Koh Phi Phi Ley, (the sister dive site of Phi Phi Koh Bida Nai) and we class this as one of the best Phi Phi scuba diving premier dive sites that offer all divers from beginner to the very experienced a choice of wall diving or shallow reefs, the south of the small island has a small sandy Bay that slowly drops down southwest to some large rocks forming a mountainous terrain featuring walls dropping to elevated ledges.

Phi Phi Island Scuba Diving at Koh Bida Nai
The west side of this Phi Phi scuba diving site is host to many types of macro marine life so look into the cracks for hidden chances to see Nudi’s, Ornate Ghost pipefish, White-eyed morays, and sea horses. Following the reef will take you to some large boulders and swim-throughs, here you may get the chance to spot Blacktip reef sharks cruising past in the shallows.

SHARK POINT
Shark Point is justifiably one of the best dive sites in Phuket, a premier dive site hence there will always be numerous divers or boats on the site. The shark point dive site consists of 3 main reefs or pinnacles (1) the main site is identified by a small rock on the surface with a cross to warn off local boat traffic. The site is named after the local leopard sharks that sometimes visit the location. It can best be described as a line of remote limestone pinnacles running North to South. This is normally the last dive of the day trip and offers some fantastic underwater marine life. Shark Point pinnacles reefs consist of small to medium boulders clustered around several large rocks covered in zig zag oysters, barnacles, sea whips sea fans, and soft corals. Shark Point Pinnacles are isolated by sandy bottoms covered with slippers and mushroom corals. At the top of the Pinnacles lookout for Shrimp, Nudibranch, and Frog Fish.
Do you need a Private dive guide?
Have you ever been stuck on a Bus, Train, or Airplane sitting next to someone you find to be annoying? it can take the enjoyment out of the trip. Diving is similar in many ways.
Diving on holiday alone and need a dive Buddy? Take a Personal Private Divemaster (+ 1500 to add to the day trip price) that way you get to dive longer as the dive ends when you are low on air, and it won’t cost that much more than the day trip as we will throw in free equipment.

When you are looking around for the best Phi Phi Scuba Diving prices just remember There’s nothing worse than booking a scuba diving trip to Phi Phi Island and ending up with a Bad Dive Guide or dive Buddy, “Words to remember – Don’t settle for a DMT a student Dive Master Trainee from a diving Academy – Novice instructor, or Scuba school – Ask to see their work permit first unless you want a day trip under the supervision of a Novice …If they don’t have it ask for a refund …..
All Diving trips to Phi Phi often start at around 7:00 am with free hotel pickups starting in Patong, meaning that you can spend well over 1 hour in a minivan picking up other divers for the trip to Phi Phi. All boats tend to be shared as Join in trips with other dive shops unless you opt for a private speed boat charter.
If you hotel is further north of Patong extra charges can apply to transfers, whilst staying near to the airport this can be 6:50 am but a private transfer would be required
Currently, Traffic can be delayed around the Chalong area due to major construction thus slowing down departure times..and delaying customers and Boat Departures
If you are shopping around for a lower price on a Phi Phi diving day trip consider that this could result in lower quality service, poor quality food, diving with inexperienced instructors or divemaster Trainees who don’t know the dive sites…- these tend to be underpriced discounted trips for a reason.
Phuket has many different boat agencies running scuba diving trips to Phi Phi some boats are wooden, very old, overcrowded, and slow.
Its worth noting that in peak periods Phi Phi diving trips will be sold out to the maximum capacity. To enjoy your dives we recommend that you dive with us we will reduce the size of the ratio to 4 divers :1 Instructor, and will provide a free Private Guide if we have 2 or more divers in a private group.
