Palong Wall is located just outside Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh island, a shallow reef that’s home to many Black Tip reef sharks, our Daily Scuba Diving Tour boats visit from Phuket.. this site is often included in in most 3 dive day trips.
There are six islands in the group known as “Phi Phi Islands” and all are part of Phi Phi National Park, the local waters are home to an abundance of corals and marine life, and a top location for scuba divers and snorkelers. Iconic limestone mountains with large cliffs, caves, and a long white sandy beaches are typical around Palong Wall and Phi Phi Lek
WHAT TO SEE AT PHI PHI PALONG WALL DIVE SITE
The main reef follows the long line of limestone cliffs running from North To South, the currents follow this route and this is often dived as a drift Dive. The sloping reef has a ledge dropping to a sandy bottom, Black Tip reef sharks are often seen swimming close to the limestone walls at a shallow depth, look around the open sandy areas for the larger groups.
Turtles are also often seen here the shells covered with a red algea that disguises them well with the natural base colour of the small rocks and reef.

Phi Phi Diving National Marine Park Fees
Marine park fees are to be added starting from the 1st of April 2016 for all scuba diving at Phi Phi Mu Ko Phi Phi. National Park Officials expect to start collecting cash from all scuba divers visiting Phi Phi from Phuket a national park entrance fee of 400 baht as well also having to pay 200 baht extra fee (total 600). The 200-baht fee applies to all 18 designated dive spots. Phuket Gazette 28th March
