Diving does not end when the sunsets ! Become a night diver and meet the incredible marine life that only comes out at night.
Night diving requires different skills from diving during the day. The Night Diving and Limited Visibility specialty is the best way to learn about night diving and practice the techniques you will need to become a safe and confident night diver.
You will learn about the planning and equipment needed to complete night dives, and how to navigating at night and find your way around underwater. You will also get to see a whole new group of aquatic marine animals that comes out after sunset.
The SSI Night Diving & Limited Visibility diver specialty we make two training dives, students can pre learn and self study the 5 chapters on night dive theory using their mobile phone & the free SSI scuba diving app, and complete the free online digital eLearning,
Students must be a Minimum 10 years old and certified to Minimum (junior) Open Water Diver. The duration of the courses is 1 day and you will complete 2 training dives. Diving equipment is included in the course fees or you can use you own diving equipment if you wish
Sign up for the SSI Night Diving and Limited Visibility specialty program and you will learn all you need to dive safely at night or in limited visibility. Upon completion, you will earn your SSI Night Diving and Limited Visibility specialty certification.
