Similan Islands Camping on a Overnight Snorkeling & sightseeing Tour is for the adventurous traveler, The Similan Islands Marine Archipelago comprise of 9 Isolated islands 1 hours speedboat ride away from the mail land. The Marine park is a protected area by Park Rangers who live on the Island.

Travelers should note that the similan islands have little or no constructed Buildings hence theres no Hotels, Bars, Nightclubs and no access for Cars, or Motorbikes as theres no Roads, or Footpaths.

If you have never tried camping previously this trip may not be for you  –  If you love camping in remote locations where you are surrounded by nature and fantastic beaches then this is your trip.

If Camping you would stay at Koh Similan Island number 4 overnight then visit Island 9 the following day, sleeping in a basic 2/3person tent. This is not a luxury holiday for 1 moment and unsuitable for anyone wanting a Luxury 5 star overnight trip.

Typically overnight stays in the Similan Islands Camping must be made through the Koh Similan National Park operated by the Thai Government.

Similan Islands Camping Overnight Itinery

You join a Day trip Snorkeling Tour and in the morning (transfers from Phuket 6.am) then Minivan to speedboat takes 2 Hours, with a speed boat ride for 1 Hour then explore the snorkel sites in the marine park, have a buffet lunch, then in the afternoon you will snorkels then stay on the island in your pre-booked accommodation.

The next morning you do your own thing on the island, go snorkeling, walk and explore the island, or go scuba diving this can be pre arranged on the island there, then when its time and you are ready to leave the island, you then join a returning speedboat tour at the end of the day for your transfer back to the mainland.

Similan Islands Day 1

• 8:00am Check In and Registration
• 8.30am Depart from Thaplamu by speedboat
• 10:00am Swim and snorkeling destination at Similan Islands 5&6 (Koh Han / Koh Hok)
• 12 Lunch on Similan (Koh Miang) Island 4
• 1pm Check in at the National park office (Koh Miang)
• 3.00 pm snorkel at west of Eden (Koh Payu) Island 7
• Join Thai Buffet Lunch aboard Pansa Queen watching the sunset then later returning to Koh Miang for Sleeping on the island

Similan islands Day 2

• 8:00am  Breakfast then swiming and snorkeling at Honeymoon bay Koh Miang Island 4
• 12.00 Buffert Lunch onboards Pansa Queen
•  Snorkeling at Koh Miang island 9
• Koh Similan island 9 climb sail Rock viewpoint o /  snorkel at Island 8
• 4.30 arrive back at Tamplamu Pier for return transfers to Hotels

Transfers from Phuket start at 6:00am extra charge 400 THB

Similan islands daytrip and overnight  –  All payments are made in full normally 1 month in advance prior via the website using Paypal using any credit / debit card no 3.5% card fees costs will be incurred by customers.

100% refund back into your account within 12 hours for any trip that is cancelled… eg if the trip is cancelled due to Bad weather – we dont take any money when mother nature stops the trip

If cancelled 48hrs prior to departure by customer 100% refund back into your account within 12 hours of all payments – must me notified in writing followed up by a phone call to 0870225356

If Any trips are cancelled 24hrs prior to departure by customer (6am the day prior to travel) with regards to Sickness or Personal reasons 70 % refund of the trip price back into your account within 12 hours if payment was already made via paypal – must me requested & notified in writing & followed up by a phone call to +66 (0)870225356

If cancelled by Customers less than 24 hours prior to day trip Departure or a case of early morning No Show by customers on any daytrip due to Sickness or Personal reasons – regrettably we cannot offer a last minuet refund We will charge 100% of the snorkeling day trip prices

This similan islands daytrip speed boat trip is suitable for age 4 years up to 60 years. However this trip is not available for a child under 1 year, pregnant women, or women who may be try to become pregnant. This trip is not suitable for any person with spinal, back or neck problem.

The highlights of the trip are Snorkeling, swimming and we must recommend that you wear a life jacket at all time while you are in the water,

The trip also involves walking on the island and sightseeing. The tour itineraries can be change depend on the local weather condition. It’s will be decide by the tour leader and boat captain on your trip. Please note that elderly passengers are not advised to stay at the front of the boat while it is moving  – Please ask the Tour leader for a seat behind the Captain  –  The wearing of Life jackets at all times while the boat is moving or while swimming is a requirement!
